山東通風管道加工前應采用清洗液去除板材表面油污及積塵，清洗液應采用對板材表面無損害、干燥后不產(chǎn)生粉塵，且對人體無危害的中性清潔劑。通風管道制作完畢應使用清洗液清洗，清洗后經(jīng)白綢布擦拭檢查達到要求后，酚醛板，應及時封口。

　　彩色涂層鋼板風管的內(nèi)壁應光滑;板材加工時不得損壞涂層，被損壞的部位應涂環(huán)氧樹脂。風管的咬口縫、鉚接縫以及法蘭翻邊四角縫隙處，應按設計及潔凈等級要求，采用涂密封膠或其他密封措施堵嚴。

　　密封材料宜采用異丁基橡膠、氯丁橡膠、變性硅膠等為基材的材料。風管板材連接縫的密封面應設在風管壁的正壓側。

　　排煙風口什么情況下在管道的上面?

　　1、排煙口規(guī)格與設計規(guī)格不符，排煙量自然會減少。
