I. process requirements

1、裝置風(fēng)管前，應(yīng)將圖紙與施工現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行核對，查看能否按規(guī)劃的標(biāo)高和方位進(jìn)行裝置；

1. Before installing the air duct, the drawings should be checked with the construction site to see if the installation can be carried out according to the planned elevation and orientation.

2、運(yùn)用紅外線定位放線，保證風(fēng)管的間隔及直線度，并按風(fēng)管的中心線，找出吊桿裝置方位， 進(jìn)行支吊架裝置；

2. Use infrared positioning and setting-out to ensure the air pipe spacing and straightness, and according to the central line of the air pipe, find out the suspender device orientation, support and hanger device;

3、風(fēng)管體系的各部分尺度和視點(diǎn)承認(rèn)準(zhǔn)確無誤后，開端組對裝置，風(fēng)管的銜接應(yīng)平直、不歪曲，且銜接法蘭的螺母應(yīng)在同一側(cè)；

3. After the scale and viewpoint of each part of the air duct system are admitted to be accurate, the connection of the air duct should be straight and not distorted, and the nut of the connecting flange should be on the same side.

4、風(fēng)管與風(fēng)管法蘭間的墊片選用厚3mm及以上的耐熱橡膠板，墊片不該凸入管內(nèi)，亦不宜杰出法蘭，且墊片中不該含有石棉及其它有害成分，且應(yīng)耐油耐潮耐酸堿腐蝕；

4. The gasket between the air duct and the air duct flange should be heat-resistant rubber plate with thickness of 3 mm or more. The gasket should not be protruded into the pipe or outstanding flange, and the gasket should not contain asbestos and other harmful components, and should be resistant to oil, moisture, acid and alkali corrosion.

5、風(fēng)管裝置時(shí)，有必要堅(jiān)持風(fēng)管中心線的水平，裝置一段風(fēng)管后運(yùn)用水平尺丈量水平；風(fēng)管長度超越20m時(shí)，有必要設(shè)置防晃支架，且每個(gè)體系不少于一副；

5. It is necessary to insist on the level of the central line of the air duct when installing the air duct, and measure the level with a horizontal ruler after installing the first section of the air duct.

6、在風(fēng)管穿過需求關(guān)閉的防火、防爆的墻體或樓板時(shí)，應(yīng)設(shè)預(yù)埋管或防護(hù)套管，其鋼板厚度為2mm。風(fēng)管與防護(hù)套管之間，應(yīng)用不燃且對人體無損害的柔性資料封堵；

6. When the duct passes through the fire-proof or explosion-proof wall or floor that needs to be closed, it should be equipped with embedded pipes or protective sleeves with a steel plate thickness of 2 mm. Between the wind pipe and the protective sleeve, the flammable and flexible data without damage to the human body are used for plugging.

7、各類風(fēng)管部件及操作組織的裝置，先查看閥門外形及操作組織是否完好，查看動(dòng)作的靈活性，承認(rèn)閥門各方面正常之后再進(jìn)行裝置裝置方向、方位應(yīng)正確，在閥門操作組織一側(cè)應(yīng)少有350mm的凈空間，以便操作、檢修；防火分區(qū)隔墻兩邊的防火閥，間隔墻體外表不該大于200mm；

7. 8、防火排煙風(fēng)管的支吊架有必要獨(dú)自設(shè)置，支管、管道式消聲器、消聲器彎頭、防火閥有必要獨(dú)自設(shè)置支、吊架；

二.質(zhì)量操控關(guān)鍵

1、風(fēng)管內(nèi)禁止有雜物或其它管線穿越，并做好清潔和維護(hù)作業(yè)；

2、支吊架下沿和外緣與接觸網(wǎng)帶電體(含承力索,下饋線等)間隔有必要堅(jiān)持大于230mm,并應(yīng)嚴(yán)厲依照限界要求施行；

3、銜接螺栓應(yīng)為鍍鋅螺栓，一起有必要裝備相應(yīng)的平墊、彈墊和螺母；

7、風(fēng)閥的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行組織裝置有必要可靠固定，禁止隨意放置在風(fēng)管上；

11、對體系風(fēng)管的檢測，宜選用分段檢測、匯總剖析的辦法。在嚴(yán)厲裝置質(zhì)量管理的基礎(chǔ)上，體系風(fēng)管的檢測以總管和干管為主。當(dāng)選用漏光法檢測體系的嚴(yán)密性時(shí)，低壓體系風(fēng)管以每 10m 接縫，漏光點(diǎn)不大于 2 處，且100m 接縫均勻不大于 16處為合格；中壓體系風(fēng)管每 10m接縫，漏光點(diǎn)不大于 1 處，且 100m 接縫均勻不大于 8 處為合格。

On the basis of strict quality control, the detection of system duct is mainly composed of main pipe and dry pipe. 三.制品維護(hù)措施

1、風(fēng)管轉(zhuǎn)移裝卸應(yīng)輕拿輕放，不得在地面上拖拽，并防止磕碰，摔絆；不得損壞法蘭鍍鋅層，如有劃傷應(yīng)補(bǔ)漆完好；

1. Air pipes should be handled lightly, not dragged on the ground, and prevent knocking, tripping; not damage the galvanized flange coating, if scratched, should be repaired in good condition;

2、風(fēng)管吊裝過程中，兩頭未銜接處有必要用塑料薄膜封住，風(fēng)管上風(fēng)口裝置前相同需用塑料薄膜封住，透明膠帶粘貼好，以防塵埃進(jìn)入；

3、關(guān)于穿越設(shè)備管理用房風(fēng)管，穿墻部位距墻500mm以內(nèi)有必要用塑料薄膜做好維護(hù)，以防土建施工單位灰料污染風(fēng)管；
