　　1、支吊架制造安裝

　　1. Manufacturing and Installation of Support and Hanger

　　根據(jù)標準的請求，對不同規(guī)格的鐵皮風(fēng)管采用不同巨細的支吊架。吊桿的長度要根據(jù)鐵皮風(fēng)管的尺度和安裝高度，以及樓層梁或鋼架的高度來下料加工。吊桿的吊碼用角鋼加工，吊桿的結(jié)尾螺紋絲牙要稱心調(diào)理鐵皮風(fēng)管標高的請求，吊桿的頂部與角鋼碼焊接固定，吊桿油防銹漆和面漆各兩遍。吊桿制造好后，就能夠根據(jù)鐵皮風(fēng)管的安頓方位停止安裝，間距契合規(guī)劃及標準的請求。

　　According to the requirements of the standard, different supports and hangers with different sizes are adopted for the iron ducts. 　　2、鐵皮風(fēng)管吊裝

　　根據(jù)規(guī)劃圖紙和國度標準的請求，停止鐵皮風(fēng)管安裝。鐵皮風(fēng)管安裝前，做好組裝件的清潔工作，之后，根據(jù)圖紙鐵皮風(fēng)管各體系的散布，按照制造好的鐵皮風(fēng)管編號停止擺放、組合，核對鐵皮風(fēng)管尺度，所在軸線方位契合圖紙后，方可吊裝。

　　Stop the installation of iron ducts according to the requirements of planning drawings and national standards. Before installation of iron duct, do a good job of cleaning the assembly parts. After that, according to the distribution of the system of iron duct in the drawings, stop placing and assembling according to the number of the manufactured iron duct, check the scale of iron duct, and the axis orientation is in line with the drawings, it can be hoisted.

　　吊裝用手動葫蘆，能夠由起重班組配合，留意吊裝時鐵皮風(fēng)管的均衡升降，以防側(cè)滑或傾倒。鐵皮風(fēng)管用角鋼橫擔(dān)固定于支吊架上。鐵皮風(fēng)管安裝時，主管盡量貼大梁底，支管也盡高安裝。交叉作業(yè)時一定要與水施、電施諧和配合好，一同要留意平安。鐵皮風(fēng)管安裝好后，檢查鐵皮風(fēng)管的安裝高度能否稱心規(guī)劃請求，鐵皮風(fēng)管的程度、垂直度能否契合標準請求，支架能否傾斜，支架間距能否契合請求。

When crossing operation, we must coordinate with water and electricity harmoniously and pay attention to safety together. After the installation of the iron duct, check whether the installation height of the iron duct can meet the planning requirements, whether the degree and verticality of the iron duct can meet the standard requirements, whether the bracket can tilt, and whether the spacing of the bracket can meet the requirements.

　　風(fēng)管加固措施：矩形風(fēng)管邊長≥630mm和保溫風(fēng)管邊長≥800mm,管段長度在1.2m以上必需采用增強筋或其它加固。

　　Wind pipe reinforcement measures: rectangular duct side length (> 630 mm) and insulation duct side length (> 800 mm), pipe section length above 1.2 m must be reinforced or other reinforcement.
