1、薄鋼板風管。用薄鋼板制作通風管道，以采用低碳鋼板為宜，以冷軋鋼板適用于通風與空調(diào)工程。厚度在1．2mm以內(nèi)的薄鋼板風管采用咬口連接，厚度2mm以內(nèi)時采用焊接。根據(jù)有關規(guī)定，薄鋼板風管與鍍鋅鋼板風管，當矩形風管邊長≥630mm和保溫風管邊長≥800mm，其管段長度在1．2mm以上的均應采取加固措施。一般使用角鋼加固風管，邊有采用起高接頭（立咬口〕或在風管管壁上滾槽壓出凸棱等加固方法。風管與風管連接一般采用角鋼或扁鋼法蘭。

3、不銹鋼板風管。在加工時應防止板材表面產(chǎn)生劃痕刮傷和凹陷等缺陷，且不得用鐵錘敲打，避免破壞合金元素的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)，否則被鐵錘敲擊處會出現(xiàn)腐蝕。不銹鋼的強度較高、彈性好，當管壁厚度大于0．8mm時，一般采用焊接，厚度在0．8mm以下時，采用咬口連接。不銹鋼風管連接使用的法蘭，一般是把不銹鋼板剪成條形，矩形法蘭可按尺寸采用焊接，圓形法蘭則采用冷彎法加工。

3. Stainless steel plate air duct.
