2.獨立設置廚房凈化設備，煙道井集中排放。對于多個面積較小的商戶，可以采用這種形式，設置獨立總排放豎井，每層設置排油煙總管，商戶廚房內的油煙經(jīng)過凈化設備及風機，通過總管排入豎井集中排放。這種方式占用建筑面積相對較少，由于需集中排放，距離豎井較遠的商鋪排油煙橫管較長，各個商戶自行安裝風機的風量和風壓難以完全管控，運行時段風量平衡難以較難控制，樓層主風管和豎井內處于正壓區(qū)，存在“串味”的風險，影響整個項目的室內空氣品質。

綜上，對于商業(yè)項目較小，餐飲店鋪布置分散，排油煙量不大的情況下方案一，因排油煙風量不大，一級凈化已足夠將油煙凈化干凈，而店鋪分散也無需設置獨立豎井，對于商業(yè)項目較大，樓層較多，餐飲排油煙風量大，采用方案三，大型商業(yè)后期調改可能較大，分區(qū)域設置豎井方便后期調改，屋頂二級凈化保證凈化效率及管井內負壓，保證在即使在風管存在漏風情況下，也不油煙味道竄建筑其它區(qū)域，保證建筑空氣品質。
