風(fēng)機(jī)安裝：風(fēng)機(jī)在安裝前應(yīng)檢查葉輪與機(jī)殼間的間隙是否符合設(shè)備技術(shù)文件的要求，葉輪與機(jī)殼間有無(wú)碰殼現(xiàn)象，葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活，接通電源檢查葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，出風(fēng)方向是否正確，支吊托架應(yīng)設(shè)隔振裝置，根據(jù)風(fēng)機(jī)重量制作相應(yīng)的支吊架，支吊托架安裝牢固可靠，機(jī)體安裝后應(yīng)有鎖緊裝置。當(dāng)風(fēng)機(jī)固定在樓板上時(shí)，吊桿膨脹螺栓應(yīng)穿通樓板面。

風(fēng)管上的調(diào)節(jié)閥防火閥按有關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)施工圖的要求及規(guī)范的規(guī)定安裝，氣流方向應(yīng)正確，安裝前必須檢驗(yàn)其靈活性和可靠性，安裝時(shí)注意閥柄要操作方便，保溫操作時(shí)切忌影響閥村和閥柄的運(yùn)動(dòng)。

油網(wǎng)過(guò)濾器的安裝，安裝前應(yīng)用60～70%的蘇打水溶液清洗干凈，風(fēng)干后浸上20#機(jī)油，靜淋3～5分鐘后再裝入除塵過(guò)濾箱或框架上。安裝時(shí)將孔眼大的網(wǎng)層置于空氣進(jìn)入側(cè)。過(guò)濾吸收器安裝，平時(shí)嚴(yán)禁打開(kāi)進(jìn)出口的密封蓋，以免受潮，只就位不連接，有關(guān)配件要放置有序。安裝時(shí)注意濾煙層在前，濾毒層在后，發(fā)現(xiàn)金屬表面生銹應(yīng)及時(shí)除銹。在管道之間用法蘭之間應(yīng)墊4～5毫米的橡膠墊片（過(guò)濾器兩端自帶）。
