建筑結構預留孔洞位置應正確，孔洞應在風管外100毫米以上。建筑結構風管與風管的連接接口應沿氣流方向插入，并采取密封措施。風管與風機、風機外殼、空氣處理器等設備連接的地方，應設置長度應為150 ~ 300 mm的柔性短管或按設計規(guī)定設置。柔性短管不應用作調準和調平減壓連接管。位于結構變形縫處的柔性短管長度應大于變形縫寬度100毫米以上，輸送冷凝水或水汽的風管安裝坡度應符合設計要求。風管底部不應設置縱向接頭，風管接頭應密封。

對于襯墊材料，不得使用厚紙、紙板、石棉繩、鉛麻和油氈紙。墊圈材料應盡量減少接頭。墊片材料的接頭應采用梯形或榫頭連接，并應粘接牢固。法蘭被均勻壓縮后，墊片材料的寬度應與風道內壁齊平。風管與潔凈室天花板、隔墻和其他圍護結構之間的接縫應緊密。

The joints of gasket materials shall be connected by trapezoid or tenon, and shall be firmly bonded. After the flange is uniformly compressed, the width of the gasket material shall be flush with the inner wall of the air duct. Joints between air ducts and clean room ceilings, partitions and other enclosures should be tight.

3、風管系統(tǒng)應有良好的接地措施

穿過輔助生產室要嚴密，不得設置接口。輸送空氣溫度高于80℃時，風管應按設計規(guī)定采取保護措施。風管測量孔應設置在便于測量和觀察的位置；天花板風管上的測量孔應留出相應位置的活動天花板或檢查門。當隔熱風管采用金屬法蘭和金屬加強件時，外露部分應采取措施防止冷橋冷凝。

5、風管維護常識

風管安裝后，暫時未安裝的風管開口、過濾器開口等開口部位應及時用塑料布妥善包裹，防止現場灰塵進入清潔后的風管，造成風管二次污染。
